Declared a National Italian Parish in 1911, this beloved Church of San Jose suffered from a fire and was reconstructed by TOPA Architecture. In collaboration with the 740+ families of the parish, the TOPA Team worked alongside the parishioners and community to revive the original feel of the church, while implementing modern fixtures. A large curved stained glass window/wall will reside behind the altar that will illuminate the altar and interior. In addition, the design was able to incorporate the original crucifix and eight stained glass windows that survived the fire.

From master planning to potential renovations, TOPA Architecture helped the client visualize conceptual designs for the church using 3D Modeling. This included a concept for a modern ramp concept.
Replacing the floor to be more up to date, the renovation allowed for a more modern feel while still keeping with the original feel of the church that has intricate designs. Renovations also included a devotional patio that allowed for a sacred experience outside of the church.
