As a new commercial retail center and shell south of Santana Row, the architectural design combines modern architecture with traditional finishes. The building maximizes the total square-footage of the lot at about 10,000 square-feet. TOPA Architecture provided architectural design services as well as construction administration and observation.
Park-Let - Downtown San Jose
As the first park-let in Downtown San Jose, TOPA Architecture participated and worked with public works in a one year pilot program that experimented with adding park-lets throughout Downtown San Jose for private clients. Because of its success, the use of park-lets has greatly increased throughout the downtown area.
KW Realty - Los Gatos
As a tenant improvement project for TOPA Architecture, the team designed the realty firm’s 9,500 square-foot headquarters and training center. The space included numerous individual offices and conference rooms. TOPA Architecture provided not only architectural services, but interior design services as well.

Supermarket Facade Improvement
