TOPA Architecture began its creative existence in 2006 lead by partners Ramiro Torres and Shanta Pandit, both which received a Bachelor’s of Science in Architecture from The California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. The partners combined experience exceeds over 25 years of experience and serve communities in both Northern and Southern California. Currently, Ramiro Torres, manages the Northern California office while Shanta Pandit, manages the Southern California office.
Our firm is a design oriented practice that brings an innovative approach to project delivery. Combining the creative spirits of its partners and the efficiency and reliability of the support staff our firm has completed projects that have ranged from site assessments to the completion of new construction projects in the following sectors: Religious, Commercial and Residential.
“Good Design is Good Business” is our model for project delivery approach. We encourage the client to explore with us the architecture of the project in every stage of design by engaging them in the process from conception through completion. This method insures collaboration among client and design professionals resulting in a product that satisfies the program needs and vision. In our years in practice we have established good relation with City and County in cities across the Bay Area. Collaborating with the client and the regulatory City or County agencies will ensure that the design will be a benefit for the user and for the community.
TOPA Architecture was created with the vision of solving design problems for our clients. It has developed into a creative and innovative environment where our clients become our partners in design. We continue to build strong relationships with our current partners and at the same time we are always looking for new opportunities and relationships
